365 Taya Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 365 Taya ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the website at https://365taya.click and any associated mobile interface.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature on 365 Taya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and use a 365 Taya account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 365 Taya does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances. We take underage gambling seriously and will immediately suspend and investigate any account where underage use is suspected.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to use online betting services under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including through a formal self-exclusion request submitted to 365 Taya.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 365 Taya, or of any game provider whose products are available on the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to register and maintain only one account on 365 Taya. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. If 365 Taya identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any balances may be subject to investigation before being released.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365 Taya login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 365 Taya will never ask for your password through email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@365taya.click.

3.4 Account Transfer

Your 365 Taya account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the suspension of both accounts involved.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

365 Taya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash and Maya (GCash is the most widely used method among our players)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 365 Taya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 365 Taya is ₱100. There is no fixed maximum deposit per transaction, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 365 Taya does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed in under 30 minutes on most business days. Withdrawals to bank accounts via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

365 Taya reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account matching your registered identity.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• 365 Taya does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be reversed.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 365 Taya are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive a bet reference number in your active bets. 365 Taya does not allow cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where a bet has been voided by the platform (see 5.3 below).

5.2 Odds and Bet Settlement

Odds displayed on 365 Taya at the time of bet placement are the odds that will be used for settlement, subject to in-play or live betting adjustments which update continuously and are accepted at the displayed price at the moment of confirmation. All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting authority — PBA official results for basketball, PVL and UAAP official results for volleyball, and the relevant league or tournament official results for football.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and your stake returned in the following circumstances:

• A match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required playing time has been completed.
• A technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, where the error is demonstrably outside normal market fluctuation.
• An obvious pricing error has occurred that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake.
• The event cannot be verified by any official sporting authority within a reasonable timeframe.

5.4 Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on 365 Taya, you must submit a dispute within 7 days of the settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. Contact support@365taya.click with your bet reference number and a clear explanation of the dispute.

6. Casino and Slot Game Rules

6.1 Game Providers and Fairness

365 Taya operates as an aggregator platform for casino and slot game content provided by licensed third-party studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, NetEnt, and Spadegaming. Each provider's games are governed by their own independently certified RNG systems. 365 Taya does not modify game outcomes.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum bet per spin or hand starts at ₱1 for most games on 365 Taya. Maximum bets vary by game title and are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Players are responsible for reviewing bet limits within each game before wagering.

6.3 Disconnection During Play

If you are disconnected from 365 Taya during an active game round, the round will be completed by the game's server-side logic and settled according to the outcome. Your bet will stand and any winnings will be credited to your account upon reconnection. 365 Taya is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.4 Jackpot Prizes

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on 365 Taya are indicative of the current pool value and may require a minimum bet level to qualify. Full jackpot eligibility rules are displayed within each jackpot game. In the event of a technical issue during a jackpot trigger, 365 Taya will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New 365 Taya players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus, the current terms of which are displayed on the registration and promotions pages. Bonus amounts are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the bonus (and winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ₱10,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated at the time of the offer.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses on 365 Taya are available to one account per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be valid on all games. Excluded games are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• 365 Taya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though bonuses already claimed will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on 365 Taya carry an expiry period, which is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 365 Taya and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered by 365 Taya
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities (money laundering)
• Allowing a third party to use your 365 Taya account on your behalf without authorization
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited
• Any form of fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal information

9. Responsible Gaming

365 Taya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by 365 Taya

365 Taya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 365 Taya account at any time by contacting support@365taya.click. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and your remaining balance (after any applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

365 Taya collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in that document.

We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the 365 Taya platform. 12. Intellectual Property

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 365 Taya for display on the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

365 Taya provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. 365 Taya is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Losses resulting from delays in third-party payment processing outside our control
• Any action taken by a third party that affects your account, where that action results from your failure to maintain account security

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 365 Taya's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

365 Taya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notification within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of 365 Taya after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
